The seaplane adventure with Seaplane Adventures was one of the best things we did during our San Francisco trip. From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond.Chris organized our private pickup and was so helpful in the lead up to the trip, answering questions and making sure everything was set before we arrived. Sam at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed and then our pilot Nasir was fantastic, genuinely knowledgeable about the area and also fun to be around, and because it ended up being a private flight with just my sister and me on board, it felt like a true VIP experience soaring over the Golden Gate and the city skyline.What really set this apart was the extra care afterward. Chris personally drove us back so we'd make our 3:10 pm ferry, and even texted us hiking and restaurant recommendations for the rest of our time in San Francisco. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and it's what turns a good tour into a memory you'll treasure for a lifetime.If you're deciding whether to invest in this experience, do it. My wife and I enjoyed a sunset champagne flight over the 4th of July weekend and it was spectacular! Flying over Muir Woods, Tiburon, the bay and then right over the city of SF? Wow! Nothing short of amazing. And taking off and landing on the water - so romantic. Aaron and his team are top professionals who deliver a safe, fun, first class experience! I found all the associates related to this tour to be incredible. They were very accommodating and my tour had to be rescheduled three times because of weather and logistical considerations. Mike the pilot of the helicopter was very safety conscious very talented and operating the helicopter and very knowledgeable in Sharing facts about the area. I found the company to be very accommodating as a new how important this flight was to me they went overboard to reschedule it three times because of heavy fog in the Bay Area that made it too dangerous to fly and then a second day there was a air restriction because of the Giants game so they worked around that. I got to sit in the co-pilot seat and it was absolutely amazing. Worth every penny: superb experience from star to finish Superb from start to finish. We had to make some scheduling changes, which they accommodated without a fuss. The trip just before sunset was spectacular- Eve, our pilot, couldn't have been a better tour guide. Friendly, helpful, informative and enthusiastic. Our 30 min trip was probably 45 mins in the end, finishing off with some great pics in front of the Sea Plane. 100% recommended (and I live here!) - 6 months ago

Many years ago I’d done a helicopter tour that soared UNDER the bridge — that was amazing and thrilling!!! This time we weren’t able to go under, but the experience was still exceptional. The views of the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown San Francisco, Alcatraz and Angel Island were simply breathtaking. What really stood out, though, was how relaxed and accommodating everyone on the team was — from check-in to take-off the staff treated us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Fabulous Flight What a treat!! Our seaplane tour was fantastic! So easy to reserve, they answered all our questions and when we arrived were incredibly informative and fun. Ben, our pilot was excellent. We felt safe, comfortable and entertained too!! Zoe, our tour narrator, had great information about the sights and was so pleasant. Wonderful experience! Wonderful experience! The flight passed many San Fransisco landmark - downtown, Golden Gate Bridge, Alctraz and more. The staff and pilot were friendly and during the flight the pilot pointed out the locations and some history about them. The helicopter was convenient and not very noisy with the provided noise cancellation headphones. - 8 months ago
