Aircraft depart from our Seaplane Base in Mill Valley at 242 Redwood Highway Frontage Road, Mill Valley CA 94941.
Shuttle service is available from Fisherman’s Wharf and must be pre-arranged with the Seaplane Adventures reservation desk before your flight date.
Please note, flights may be canceled or routes altered due to weather or federal airspace mandates. Any flight canceled due to weather is refundable.
Gift Cards and Vouchers are nonrefundable.

Aircraft Booking Minimums
Each aircraft has a required minimum number of passengers to fly:
Helicopter – 4 or more passengers per flight
Seaplane – 3 or more passengers per flight
Booking/s that do not meet the minimum number of passengers are paired with other passengers and may be moved to another time or date to fulfill the minimum. Passengers can pay for the remaining seats to guarantee that the flight will take off at the time and date they booked.
Cancellation Information
Seaplane Flight
All cancellations need to be made 72 hours before to acquire a full refund. No refunds are available for reservations canceled within 72 hours. No-shows will result in a 100% penalty.
To reschedule a seaplane reservation: we require a 48hr notice. All cancellation and rescheduling requests need to be emailed and have a reply to be acknowledged.
Any rescheduling request with less than a 48hr notice will be charged $75 in order to reschedule or lose all funds.
Helicopter Flight
All cancellations need to be made 72 hours before to acquire a full refund. No refunds are available for reservations canceled within 72 hours. No-shows will result in a 100% penalty.
