1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.

Employees of Seaplane Adventures, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on February 4th, 2025 and ends on February 13, 2025 at 12PM PST.

Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

Participants must enter the giveaway through this link and provide their name and email for contact if they win.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Only one entry per person. Additional entries will not be counted.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Sunset Champagne Helicopter Tour for Two.

Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

The tour must be booked in advance and is subject to availability and weather conditions.

Winner and guest must comply with all safety and tour policies.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected at random on February 11, 2025 by 5PM PST.

Winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within the time frame, another winner will be selected.

6. Liability Release

Seaplane Adventures and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that prevent participation.

Does this flight fly at true sunset?

Per safety operations, we are unable to fly after dusk or 6 pm, whichever is sooner. The flight time changes throughout the year to allow for best chance of sunset and light changes during your tour. We can not guarantee a sunset on every champagne tour, just as we can’t guarantee blue skies every day. When we meet Mother Nature, we’ll let you know!

Do you have a minimum requirement of passengers for this flight? How many people can fit on this tour?

Minimum and maximum of two passengers per flight.

When is the departure time for this tour?

Tour times vary. Once reserved, please refer to your booking confirmation for your tour time.

Do you offer a shuttle service for this tour?

We do not offer shuttle services for the Sunset Tour.

Do you have a height limit for this tour?

We are only able to accommodate passengers that are less than 6’1″ tall.

Do you have a weight limit for this tour?

The helicopter’s gross weight limit is 700lb for up to two passengers plus the pilot. Passengers weighing more than 220lb (99.7kg or 15.7 stones) will not be able to take part in the activity. We appreciate your understanding of keeping the helicopter balanced and flights safe.

The Junk Fee Prevention Act ensures that the price you see for our tours is the total price you will pay, excluding government-imposed taxes or fees. All mandatory fees, such as booking fees, are included in the displayed prices, providing transparency and avoiding any unexpected charges during the booking process.
